Living Education Retreat
Experience the Beauty and Depth of a Living Education
The Living Education Retreat (LER) is an annual weekend event that focuses on the philosophy of Charlotte Mason. People from all over the world gather to consider a living education through deep discussions, shared meals, outdoor activities, beautiful worship, and inspiring presentations. This is truly a sacred retreat. We want it to refresh and revive your heart, soul, and mind so we practice the CM philosophy throughout by scheduling time for pondering, processing, and playing. We see the LER as an offering from our hearts because we feel God has called us to share with you from our deep and rich experience – a gift of time and love. Come and see with us!

Life should be all living, and not merely a tedious passing of time; not all doing or all feeling or all thinking—the strain would be too great—but, all living; that is to say, we should be in touch wherever we go, whatever we hear, whatever we see, with some manner of vital interest.
